Maintenance Staff

Position: Maintenance Staff (Plumber / Electrician / Carpenter)
Work Location: Cedar Peak Condominium, Baguio City

Job Description

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance works within the condominium
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as assigned
• Inspect facilities and identify maintenance issues
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and safe
• Perform other related maintenance tasks as required by management

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or vocational course related to maintenance
• With experience as Plumber, Electrician, or Carpenter
• Must be knowledgeable in basic maintenance works outside primary skill
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Baguio City
