Maintenance Staff

The GS Crew is responsible for the upkeep of facilities by conducting regular inspections, performing necessary repairs, upgrading of physical facilities and maintaining equipment to ensure that they meet safety and functionality standards. His /her responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and swift response to emergency repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform tasks assigned related to maintenance, repair, upgrading and improvement of all physical facilities such as buildings, plants, grounds, equipment, machineries, etc.

2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging pipes, painting works, repairing broken equipment, and other similar tasks.

3. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that all equipment and machineries continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
