Maintenance Staff

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or related technical/vocational course.
• TESDA NC II / NC III in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field is an advantage.
• With a 1-3 years experience in basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor building issues (e.g., leaking pipes, light fixtures, and repair of air-conditioning units (Window-type, Split-type, or Package units).
• Can perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Good physical stamina; able to lift, carry, and work standing for extended periods.
