Maintenance Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Responsible for electrical installation of new machine and equipment.
• Performs troubleshooting of lighting fixtures, exhaust/ventilation fans, air conditioning units, etc.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance of machine or equipment, cooling tower, compressor and pneumatic machines.
• Responsible for start-up of generator set in case of power failure.
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of water cooling, airline system and piping installation.
• Responsible for maintenance / checking of fire alarm and other electrical fire fighting system.
• Assists in repair of telephone lines, ERIC, internet connection and minor repair on surveillance camera.
• Responsible for checking of all infrastructure and electrical facilities.
• Records daily maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge in schematic diagram (electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic).
