Job Summary:
The Maintenance Staff is responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures the efficient and safe operation of all equipment and systems within the facility of office and restaurant branches, identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and performing preventive maintenance to support optimal environmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including components like compressors, motors, thermostats, filters, and blowers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions in HVAC systems and equipment; make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency and to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
