Maintenance staff/AC technician

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance staff/AC technician to join our team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the company's facilities, equipment, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment for our employees and customers.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on the company's buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify and address any issues
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning units and other HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work to resolve problems in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
