Position Purpose / Summary

The Maintenance Superintendent leads and manages site maintenance operations with a strong focus on preventive maintenance planning, asset reliability, cost control, and safe execution. This role provides strong leadership to a multi‑shift maintenance organization and ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operation of manufacturing equipment and site utilities—especially systems involving electrical, hydraulic, and gas‑fired equipment. Application of lean principles for problem‑solving will be important for this position. Associate workload, labor planning, and capacity analysis will be key to managing the department rightsizing based on production volumes and other key performance indicators.
