Job Description

 
  The Role 
 Responsible for delivering target equipment availability and maintenance value by effectively executing maintenance strategies and managing the team. Support the planning and execution of tasks using IPL's standard maintenance work management processes. Oversee and support plant shutdown execution activities. Enhance equipment availability and reduce costs through the implementation of key business improvement processes.
 Achieve planned Plant Uptime targets according to annual Moranbah KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
 Lead and manage the workforce to meet site Zero Harm, cost, and Uptime targets, ensuring consistent execution of maintenance work management per global IPL standards.
 Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Operations and Reliability & Engineering to promote teamwork.
