Maintenance Superintendent

Maintenance Superintendent to support our Wichita Falls, TX operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, leading maintenance teams, driving continuous improvement, and supporting safe, efficient plant performance. Occasional travel to Canada may be required for training.

What You’ll Do

  Lead and prioritize all plant maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems

  Supervise and develop maintenance personnel to drive safety, reliability, and performance

  Maintain and protect manufacturing assets through strong preventive and predictive maintenance programs

  Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive root cause problem solving
