Job Description

Leads all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises Kingdom wide, ensure policies & procedures are followed, tasks are completed efficiently, and downtime is minimized while maintaining safe work practices. Responsibilities include developing Maintenance policies & procedures, conducting inspections, preventative, and corrective maintenance plans, scheduling maintenance, analyzing corrective maintenance issues, and supervision of maintenance projects implementation. Ensure maintenance regulators and CBAHI requirements are met in all premises.
Accountabilities
Supervise the maintenance work of personnel engaged in a day-to-day maintenance of NCC facilities like “clinics, satellite labs, provider lab”. Act with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives of the organization.
