Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisors at Royal Malewane Lodges work closely with the Maintenance Managers and General Managers to ensure that all lodge maintenance requirements are met and kept at the highest Royal Portfolio standards. This position is an integral role in ensuring that we meet the purpose of The Royal Portfolio, which is to give our guests a complete experience and a perfect stay.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure the lodge, pools, facilities and guest rooms are in good working order to deliver our Company purpose, which is to give our guests a complete experience and a perfect stay
• Inventory Management: Assist in controlling the department inventory, stock, consumables, water plant and equipment to ensure the lodges are operating at the highest standard.
