Develop and optimize equipment management systems and processes, establish asset ledgers and inventory control mechanisms to improve equipment utilization, promote automation implementation, and drive energy saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment resources based on production plans, supervise and verify equipment status proactively to ensure production scheduling and smooth operation.
• Formulate and supervise preventive maintenance schedules and ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
• Assist PMC in evaluating equipment resource requirements as planned, participate in reviews and procurement, and monitor equipment function and procurement cycles to ensure delivery of equipment on schedule.
