Location: BonnievaleOur client produces cheese and butter for both the food industry and consumers and is hiring for a Maintenance Supervisor. This maintenance position is responsible for overseeing installation, repairs, and upkeep of the company's property including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, structures, buildings, and production machinery. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages direct reports who supervise employees in maintenance.
Ensures safe operations through adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and procedures.
Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the dairy industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
