Maintenance Supervisor

RegularReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor manages his work team and ensures that performance objectives (Health, Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines, Mobilization, Environment) are achieved in a collaborative culture. He participates in improving and maintaining the program of good preventive and predictive maintenance practices. He works in close collaboration with the workshop maintenance supervisor, the maintenance planner, the inventory coordinator, the reliability specialist, as well as the coordinators of other departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages maintenance employees with a focus on engagement, accountability, and skills development.

Plans, coordinates and supervises work through work orders in the CMMS and the issuance of various work permits.

Participates in work prioritization in collaboration with various plant stakeholders.
