We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage the provision of a high-quality maintenance service that ensures property maintenance, planned programmes and minor capital work is accurately prioritised, processed and delivered in a timely manner and to budget. Other key tasks include monitoring and reporting on all maintenance work and contractor performance and competence, as well as working collaboratively with other Kāinga Ora business units and teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
