Maintenance Supervisor - FMCG

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the Coega, Port Elizabeth team, Execute preventative and reactive maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime Support implementation of planned maintenance schedules and TPM initiatives Monitor equipment performance and report on downtime and recurring issues Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions Ensure availability of critical spares and assist with stock control Supervise and coordinate daily activities of artisans and technicians Provide hands-on technical support during breakdowns and maintenance work Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company policies Assist in maintaining maintenance records and reporting on KPIs Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptions Supervise contractors on-site where required Requirements Grade 12 Trade Tested Millwright / ...
