Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to operations manager
• Oversees all maintenance personnel and monitors if assigned tasks are properly performed
• Gives instructions to subordinates whenever necessary, particularly in doing maintenance projects and machine troubleshooting
• Conducts regular meeting to all maintenance personnel to tackle all issues and concerns with regards to the operation
• Attends to inter-office and/or special management mandated meetings if ordered hereafter
• Responsible for scheduling daily work, ordering of parts and coordination of scheduled shutdown
• Responsible for design, process and completion of engineering projects
• Ensures that all planned maintenance for production equipment, and utilities are performed
• Replace or relieve in the absence of maintenance personnel

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
