Maintenance Supervisor

A. Line of Reporting:-

• You shall report directly to the Property Maintenance Manager (PMM).
• You shall co-ordinate your daily tasks with the staff at all level.

B. Job Responsibilities:-

• Assist the PMM in the operation of the BMRD operation (including HQ / Asset / Completed Projects-Sold with DLP and Unsold Units / Management Staff Quarters) related activities.
• Assist to ensure that all 1.0 activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
• Assist to ensure smooth operations within the 1.0 function.

C. Job Task:-

1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operation in line with:-

i. the specified policies and procedures.

ii. the requirements of ISO.
