Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and workers
• Carry out inspections of buildings, common areas, and facilities
• Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance works
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers for specialised jobs
• Maintain records of maintenance works and materials used
• Ensure safety and upkeep standards are consistently met

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building, estate, or facilities maintenance
• Hands-on skills in repairs and troubleshooting (electrical, plumbing, or general building works)
• Proven ability to supervise and guide a team
• Technical, trade certificate or experience in a related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
