Job Summary
Green Cross Inc. is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all production equipment. The role is responsible for the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, execution of repairs, and driving continuous improvement to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Supervise daily maintenance activities and evaluate equipment performance.
Enforce safety protocols and promote a compliant, hazard-free work environment.
Provide coaching and training to enhance the technical competencies of the maintenance team.
Identify and implement improvements related to equipment safety, reliability, and productivity.
Maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts.
