Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations and overall maintenance of the hotel's facilities, ensuring that all systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical are operating smoothly. The role will involve supervising a team of maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and liaising with external contractors and vendors to address any specialized issues. The position will be instrumental in upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality to ensure a pleasant experience for both guests and employees.

• Preferably graduate of Electrical Engineering Course or the like.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Must be proficient in aircon maintenance
• Must be Hands-On work.
