Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring that all equipment, facilitiee, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role involves planning maintenance schedules, supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Vocational diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in resort, hotel, or commercial building maintenance, with supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
• Proven hands-on skills in general repairs and preventive maintenance, including Electrical and lighting systems, Plumbing and water systems, Air-conditioning and ventilation, basic carpentry, masonry, and painting.
