Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred 
Proven experience as maintenance management or supervisory role 
strong knowledge of maintenance process and techniques 
excellent leadership and communication skills 
ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively 
familiarity with safety regulations and practices in maintenance work 
willing to assigned in Global 2, San Simon Pampanga
