Maintenance Supervisor

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Supervision Responsibilities:
Lead and direct Maintenance Technicians by scheduling assignments, monitoring progress, providing direction, guidance, and coaching. Ensuring delivered assignments are completed safely, timely, and correctly. Ensure all paperwork is completed on time and is correct.
Ensure Maintenance personnel are trained in, and continually follow all of Targa’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Safety & Environmental policies, Targa’s Code of Conduct, Human Resources Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Vehicle Maintenance Procedures etc. prior to performing work.
Attend, participate and lead Safety meetings and ensure all Maintenance employees attend and participate in all Safety meetings, recognize positive Safety behavior.
Lead Safety tailgate meetings to set goals and priorities and address any concerns.
