Overview

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors to lead maintenance operations at residential communities throughout the San Antonio area. This role blends hands on technical work with team leadership. You will guide the maintenance team, oversee property upkeep, and ensure residents enjoy a safe, well maintained, and high quality living environment.

• Lead, train, and supervise the onsite maintenance team
• Assign work orders, manage schedules, and support a high performance culture
