Maintenance Supervisor Second Shift

As a key leader within our operations, you will ensure the availability, reliability and optimal performance of our production equipment — including plastic injection machines, phenolic resin molding machines and thermoset presses . Your mission is to guarantee a robust preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategy , while guiding a technical team and actively contributing to the resolution of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automation-related issues . You will also play a central role in continuous improvement , identifying opportunities to enhance both equipment performance and production processes.
