Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections on facilities to detect and resolve problems.
• Prepare, plan, execute, verify, and monitor all preventive maintenance schedule, either by in-house maintenance or external vendor, to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Plan and manage all ad hoc repair and installation activities, in mechanical and electrical problem.
• Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective practices and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Prepare, verify, and keep track on water piping layout and electrical wiring layout from incoming to end user.
• Prepare, plan, keep records on maintenance cost spent, monitor and control cost to be within allowable budget.
• Responsible for management and implementation of Capex for maintenance related item and the maintenance of equipment, trucks and warehouse facilities.
