Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Support the Production Supervisor or Planner in production-related activities and initiatives to improve productivity.
Coordinate and monitor daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify repair and maintenance needs.
Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and train newly hired technicians.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Manage and monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.
Train staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety practices.
