The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing a small team of maintenance technicians while actively supporting plant operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Working closely with production and plant leadership, the Team Lead will set clear expectations, coach and develop team members, and lead by example on the floor.
