Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists the manager in managing the overall utility and maintenance operations for the plant to ensure proper generation and distribution to respective departments.
• Assists the manager in directing and coordinating with industrial plant production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance.
• Supervises and leads engineers and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil projects, and oversee production and quality control.
• Review maintenance procedures and schedules and support production with preventive maintenance activities.
• Review section performance and implement improvements to increase productivity of the team.
• Promotes continuous improvement by implementing beneficial projects contributing to the plant's quality, profitability, and sustainability.
