Maintenance Supervisor

THE ROLE

Our recruitment team is currently working with a growing and thriving Canadian food manufacturer in Surrey, looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to work daytime shifts 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday ; having on-call availability and available for overtime work. Banked hours are available! The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a 24-hour running plant.

This is a newly created position with a small team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor brings a wide range of production maintenance knowledge to continue supporting the day-to-day operations.

This position is 70% administrative, performing scheduling for the maintenance team, maintenance planning, vendor relationships, material administration, performance reviews, and generating maintenance reports. 30% for this role will be performed on the floor, working with Maintenance Technicians and the Production team to ensure operational efficiency. ...
