JOB SUMMARY:

Maintenance Senior Supervisor oversees the Electrical, Mechanical, Project, and Motorpool Sections, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety standards. Promote an efficient technical support to Warehouse and Production to help improve the company interest.

Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Oversees daily maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, project and motorpool sections.
2. Plans, assigns, and supervises work activities of supervisors and maintenance personnel.
3. Ensures proper implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
4. Coordinates resources, manpower, and scheduling to achieve efficient operations.
5. Monitors performance, progress and compliance with safety and company policies.
6. Evaluates maintenance issues and provides technical guidance for problem resolution.
