Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do:Primary Function: Ensure plant operational continuity through a safe, efficient, and sustainable maintenance strategy that prevents failures, optimizes resources, and supports Eaton Electrical's operational and financial objectives.Essential Functions:Coordinate effective communication within the maintenance team.Organize and facilitate technical training for team members and stakeholders.Provide subject‐matter expertise on specialized equipment, including remote phone support when required.Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with the Production team.Collaborate with Manufacturing to align and execute improvement initiatives.Ensure and reinforce the proper use and care of tools and equipment.Ensure and add new components to the critical spare parts list.Track, coordinate, and follow up on open maintenance actions and work orders.Implement, promote, and sustain a safe working environment by fostering a strong accident‐prevention culture, conducting investigati...
