Maintenance Supervisor

• Directly supports and oversees the site wide Mill Maintenance Program.
• Fully supports, implements, and enforces the Magris Talc HR, HSEQ programs as outlined in the Company polices, CBA, Provincial and Federal regulations, and laws.
• Oversees administrative duties of Timmins Operations Administrator that are directly related to hourly Maintenance employees.

JOB SCOPE/DIMENSIONS

• Coordinates and executes all plant Maintenance activities.
• Directs and coordinates activities of Maintenance employees and contractors.
• Ensures all employees and contractors work in compliance of all applicable Company policies, Federal and Provincial regulations.
