Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all lodge infrastructure, guest areas, staff facilities, vehicles, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic presentation. This role is critical in preserving asset value, supporting exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in a remote safari environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Preventative & Corrective Maintenance

• Implement and manage a preventative maintenance programme for all lodge facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, staff accommodation, back-of-house areas, and utilities.


• Conduct regular inspections and promptly address maintenance issues to prevent asset deterioration.
