Our products demand precision at every stage — from lamination and printing to chip embedding — and our production teams take pride in keeping things running reliably. We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and strengthen our maintenance function on‑site.
Position Overview
This is a working lead role — ideal for a senior technician who is ready to step into leadership without leaving the shop floor behind. You will perform day‑to‑day maintenance while supervising and mentoring one electromechanical technician. Together, you will keep our production equipment running at peak performance, drive a culture of preventive maintenance, and own the general upkeep of our facility.
