Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Team Leader is accountable for the organization, supervision, standards, and development of all maintenance personnel and activities within their assigned process area. They are also in charge of supporting the execution of mechanical work through the scheduling, coordinating, and directing of mechanical resource.

We're hiring a Maintenance Team Lead to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs employees and safely and sustainably produces million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
