Maintenance Team Leader (MTL)

Overview

The Maintenance Team Leader (MTL) is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Operational and Trades staff as well as coordinating contractors/sub-contractors in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine, and on-demand services for various building systems. The MTL oversees the execution of activities performed by Operational and Trades staff and vendors to ensure that work is performed in accordance with established policies, processes, procedures and is compliant with internal and external requirements including environmental, health and safety, and fire protection. The MTL also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance (as needed) as well as routine and on-demand services where needed.
