Maintenance Team Leader - Weekend Shift

Job Description Weyerhaeuser's Grande Prairie Lumber Mill has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Team Leader. The schedule for this position is Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 12‑hour days.

Role Overview The Weekend Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the safe, effective coordination and supervision of maintenance team members engaged in mill maintenance activities. This role plays a key leadership position in safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, while acting as a critical liaison between Operations and Maintenance.

The successful candidate will lead through personal commitment and values, fostering a strong safety and reliability culture while supporting team development, workflow efficiency, and performance improvement.
