Maintenance & Technical Services Manager

The role requires an understanding of modern maintenance techniques and procedures as well as a good working operational knowledge of a manufacturing site. The person must be capable of ensuring a quick reaction to daily business needs and be able to balance this against dedicating an appropriate amount of time and energy to liaise with the Engineering Manager in developing improvement strategies and action plans. Develop the Site “Asset Care / Maintenance / digital transformation Strategy” for the next 3 years to achieve World-class maintenance.

And will lead the Compliance with the Environmental Policy and with the necessary activities for the implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system.
