Maintenance Technical Supervisor

To ensure adherence to quality standards and adherence to HSE and safety regulation.
To ensure and maintain good 5S practice in work place and maintenance workshop.
To communicate efficiently among peers and superior by using the communication tools provided.
Troubleshoot electrical, instrument, DC drive and PLC breakdowns.
To maintain and monitor machine spare part inventory level.
To improve downtime by abideing with MDT (Mean Down Time) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure).
Execute maintenance duties as directed by engineer/manager.
Fast respond during emergency and breakdown of machines.
Communicate with the shift leaders the status of parts, equipment and any other matters that might have an impact on their job through verbal and written means.
Apply improvements and help develop new maintenance job plans & procedures
To ensure all checklist being recorded accordingly and compliance to procedure.
