Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Shift: 1:45 PM-10:15 PM

Hourly Rate: $35.03 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

**Overhaul, repair, and test high speed production equipment which includes ovens, packaging machines, mixers, cartoners, baggers, stuffers, smoke houses, throughout the facility.**

High School Graduate or GED with prior maintenance experience in a production environment with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding ability. This position reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager. Must understand:

+ Drive train- Belts, pulleys, sprockets, and chain drives.
+ Basic electrical- 110 single phase and 480 & 230 v 3 phase.
+ PLC operation
+ Motor control
+ Fabrication- welding, grinding. and assembly,
+ Hydraulic- motors, pumps, and valves.
+ Pneumatics- air valves and controls.
+ Follow all safety, GMP's, and USDA guidelines
+ Can work overtime and weekends.
+ Complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines
