Maintenance Technician 3

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the property maintenance support team supporting residential communities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $24-25/hour**

**Shift: 1st shift 8:00 - 4:30 M-F**

+ Perform plumbing repairs such as fixing or replacing faucets and toilets, diagnosing water leaks, and operating sewer cleanout equipment
