Maintenance Technician_ANN

Job Description:

1) Carry out Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Corrective

maintenance of machine.

2) Complete daily, weekly, monthly and maintain records of schedule

maintenance procedures.

3) Prepare maintenance routine report.

4) Make recommendation spare part to change and solving maintenance

related problems.

5) Identify the machine problem and feedback to Production and

Engineering.

6) Preparation Preventive Maintenance Schedule – Daily, Weekly,

Monthly and Yearly.

7) Take immediate action during machine breakdown for minor problems

and follow up with own action.

8) Co-operate with Engineering for Major Problems (supporting)

Requirement:

1) Problem analysis and solving skills.

2) Posses a Mechanical or Electrical skills certificate.

3) Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
