Maintenance Technician at Realstar

Realstar seeks a live-in Maintenance Technician for its St. Lawrence Village property in St. Catharines. This role includes on-site living, providing essential maintenance services to residents.
The successful candidate will have a background in residential property management or related skilled trades. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to perform minor repairs. You will work four weekdays along with every second weekend, being on-call during some evenings.
