Key duties

• Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (painting, basic plumbing, light bulb changes, furniture assembly, etc.)
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive work orders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with inspections of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to identify issues early
• Help with room and facility setups for meetings, events, or club functions
