The maintenance technician will be a dependable individual with solid experience in all aspects of the apartment maintenance function, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and apartment turnover work.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills.

+ complete daily repair and upkeep tasks of the properties as assigned

+ respond to and complete residential maintenance requests

+ prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements

 

+ complete preventive maintenance in all assigned units biannually
