Working Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts – Days, Afternoons, Nights

6am – 2pm days, 2pm – 10pm afternoons– 10pm – 6am Nights

Salary is £28,000 - £30,500 per annum plus Shift Allowance of £5396

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Technician / Semi‑Skilled Plant Operator to join a busy compound plant operation. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient running, maintenance, and continuous production of the plant.

You will be reporting to the Production Manager

This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work overtime when needed.
