Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team specialising in Manufacturing for our Maintenance department in Darlington, United Kingdom.

PLEASE NOTE: Shift Pattern is currently 4 on 4 off (2 12hr days / 2 12hr nights).

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Drive system reliability: troubleshoot, repair and enhance complex mechanical, electrical and control systems to keep production running smoothly.
+ Improve equipment performance: identify issues early and implement improvements that reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
+ Champion safe working practices: apply rigorous safety protocols when working with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Lead and support colleagues: act as a formal resource for less‑experienced team members, offering guidance and technical support.
