• Rapid Response: React quickly to guest and staff reports. If a light is out in a dorm or a shower is cold, you fix it with a smile, knowing that comfort leads to connection.
• Communal Upkeep: Daily checks of the high-traffic areas. You make sure the pool is sparkling, the bar equipment is humming, and the lounge furniture is sturdy.
